Barack Obama 44th President of the United States

Barack Obama (born August 4, 1961) is an American attorney, author, and politician who served as the 44th president of the United States from 2009 to 2017. He was the first African American to hold the presidency.

Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Obama graduated from Columbia University and Harvard Law School, where he became the first Black president of the Harvard Law Review. Before his presidency, he served as a U.S. senator from Illinois.

His presidency focused on healthcare reform, economic recovery, environmental policy, and international diplomacy. The Affordable Care Act, also known as "Obamacare," expanded healthcare access to millions of Americans.
